Does this replace my Glovo merchant account?
No. You keep your Glovo account and Glovo keeps handling the riders and the customer app. This is about the order also existing in your own sales and stock records instead of only on the tablet.
Can I see delivery and counter sales separately?
Yes. They are recorded as the same kind of thing -- a sale -- but tagged by channel, so the daily report can show you both the combined figure and the split.
What about the commission Glovo charges?
Veira records what the sale was worth. Reconciling the commission and the payout against that is a finance task, and the sales record is what makes it possible to do accurately.
Do I need a separate Veira plan for delivery?
