These terms govern your use of Veira's website, software, terminal hardware and related services. By creating an account or using Veira, you agree to these terms.

Veira provides a point-of-sale platform for Kenyan businesses, including sales, payments, inventory, reporting and KRA eTIMS compliance features. Availability may vary by plan, device and connectivity.

We may update features, pricing or supported integrations with reasonable notice where practicable.

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials and activity on your account.

You agree not to misuse Veira, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

Paid plans, refunds and hardware replacement terms are described on our pricing page and in your order confirmation.

Veira terminal hardware supplied with a plan remains Veira property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Veira helps businesses meet KRA eTIMS requirements, but you remain responsible for the accuracy of your business records and tax filings.

The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding twelve months, except where law requires otherwise.
