Inventory management software that knows exactly what is in your shop

Some stock sells. Some stock sleeps. Veira knows the difference.

By Veira · Updated September 2026

The real problem isn't "inventory software"

It's not knowing what is actually in your shop right now. A notebook or a memory of "we had some left" is not stock control. Veira ties every sale, delivery, transfer and adjustment to one running count, so the number on the screen matches what is actually on the shelf.

Most stock problems are not fraud or theft, they are drift: a delivery logged late, a return that never got recorded, a transfer between branches that only one side wrote down. Small gaps compound into a stock count nobody trusts.

Veira closes that gap by making stock a byproduct of things you were already doing (selling, receiving, transferring) instead of a separate task someone has to remember to do at the end of the day.

Stock in → Sale → Stock out → Reorder → Profit

Stock inReceive a delivery, scan or enter it once, and it is on the shelf in the system, not just in the storeroom.
SaleEvery sale reduces stock automatically, in real time, whether it happens online, offline, or at a second till.
Stock outReturns, damages, staff use and transfers between branches all move stock out with a reason attached, not a silent gap.
ReorderVeira flags what is running low before the shelf is actually empty, based on your own sales pace, not a guess.
ProfitCost price in, sale price out. Margin per product, per category and per branch, without a separate spreadsheet.

What's included

Low-stock alerts

Get told what to reorder before you run out, not after a customer asks for something you no longer have.

Stock counts

Reconcile what the system says against what is physically on the shelf, on your own schedule.

Stock movement

See every unit that moved in or out, when, and why: sale, return, damage, transfer or adjustment.

Supplier management

Track who you buy from, at what cost, and how reliably they deliver.

Product variants

Size, colour, flavour or pack size tracked as one product with several variants, not duplicated line items.

Purchase tracking

Record what you ordered against what actually arrived, so short deliveries do not disappear into the count.

Branch transfers

Move stock between branches with a record of what left one location and landed in another.

Stock valuation

Know what your current stock is worth, at cost, at any point, not just at year end.

Shrinkage visibility

The gap between what should be on the shelf and what is actually there becomes a number you can see, not a feeling.

Frequently asked questions

Does Veira track inventory across multiple branches?
Yes, on the Growth plan and above. Each branch has its own stock levels, and transfers between branches are recorded so stock is never silently missing from the total.
Can I track product variants like size or colour?
Yes. A single product can have multiple variants (for example, sizes or colours), tracked as one item in reporting but counted separately in stock.
Does inventory update automatically when I make a sale?
Yes. Stock reduces the moment a sale is rung up on the POS, including offline sales, which sync and update stock once the connection returns.
How do low-stock alerts work?
Veira flags products approaching a reorder point based on your sales pace, so you can reorder before the shelf is empty rather than after a customer is turned away.
Can I see how much my current stock is worth?
Yes. Stock valuation is calculated at cost price, so you always know how much capital is sitting on your shelves.
How much does inventory management cost with Veira?
Inventory is included in every plan, starting at KES 2,999/month. Multi-branch stock and transfers are available from the Growth plan (KES 5,999/month) upward.
