Is this a sales call?

It is a 30-minute working session. We ask what you sell and how you take payment, then show Veira doing that. If it is not a fit we will say so on the call — see where Veira is the wrong choice.

What does it cost, really?

From KES 2,999/month for Starter, which is 1 branch, 1-2 users. Starter is software only — no terminal. Hardware is included on annual billing from Growth (KES 5,999/month) up. Prices are VAT-inclusive and every plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. Full table on pricing.

Do I have to buy hardware to start?

No. Veira runs on the Android phone you already own. A terminal is included on annual billing from Growth up, and you can add one later rather than up front.

Will it keep me compliant with KRA eTIMS?

Veira is a KRA-certified eTIMS integrator, so invoices are signed and transmitted as you sell, with the control number and QR on the receipt. If you are not enrolled yet, start at how to register for eTIMS.

What happens when the internet drops?

Sales keep going. Each one is recorded on the device and syncs when the connection returns, so a dead line stops the transmission, not the trading.

I already have a POS. Is moving it worth the disruption?

That is most of what the call is for — we look at what you are on now and say plainly whether the switch pays for itself. Bring your current bill. There are side-by-side comparisons if you would rather read first.

Does it work on iPhone?

No. Veira is Android and web. If your counter is iPhone-only, Veira is not the right fit today and a demo will not change that.

Will it replace my accountant?

No. Veira keeps sales, stock and eTIMS records your accountant can work from. It is not full double-entry accounting and does not file your returns for you.

Do you work outside Kenya?

Not yet. Pricing, M-Pesa and eTIMS are all built around Kenya, so that is where Veira works properly.
