No software suits every business, and a reviews page that pretends otherwise is advertising. These are the cases where we would tell you so on the call.
- You need full double-entry accounting. Veira produces clean sales, payment and eTIMS records and feeds them to the ledger your accountant already runs. It is not a replacement for an accounting package, which is why there are integrations with QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Zoho and Odoo rather than a claim to replace them.
- You want a terminal on the cheapest plan. Hardware ships with annual billing from Growth upward. Starter is software only, on the phone or computer you already have.
- You are outside Kenya. The compliance work, the payment rails and the support hours are all built around Kenyan trading. That focus is the reason it fits here and the reason it would not fit elsewhere.
