M-Pesa fee structure in 2026

Safaricom charges three things: a send-money fee (to other registered users), a withdrawal fee (at agents and ATMs) and zero fees on Lipa na M-Pesa to a Till or Paybill (paid by the business via Customer-to-Business rates).

Send fees scale with amount, capping around KES 108. Withdrawal fees scale similarly and can exceed KES 300 on the largest tiers.
